2017 - 3 Rugs, rugs, glorious rugs!!!
4 members presented talks on rug weaving
There were many incredible rugs on display at this meeting, where Patricia Rushmore, Iva Bukkila, Rebecca Wilkins-Huffman, and Christopher Robinson presented an informative program on rug weaving.

Thanks go to Dorothea Pierce for taking these photos!

(note: there is a shadow in this photo)
Unfortunately there is a bit of shadow on this photo, but the rug is so lovely I included it anyway. There was no actual discoloration on the rug itself.

9 - Note Cards for MAFA
Carolyn Moore has been coordinating a guild effort to make cards for the MAFA conference goody bags. They are lovely!
These cards are made using scraps of handwoven material. Each MAFA conference attendee gets a goody bag, with items provided by the various member guilds. These will be our contribution for the 2017 conference.
