Carolyn O, Original Gamp, Changed the tieups after a few blocks.
Unfortunately the labels are not readable in the photo, but they show what tieup was used, and what threading. Excellent way to document this unique gamp.

Carol M, Gamp 1 of 6, 10/2 cotton with tieup of 1-1-3-3
threadings: basic, point, asym point blk, rosepath blk, point blk, und pt, 16-8 broken, adv pt, snowflake var.

Jill's 2nd gamp with shaded treadling
SHADED TWILL - start with a 1/3 twill, move to a 2/2 twill, then a 3/1 twill
to shade from weft predominant structure to warp predominant. Best done with direct tieup!

4 Shaft 1-3 tie-up. 8/2 unmercerized cotton, warp - melon with black stripes, weft - denim with black stripes, 1st treadling

8S, Annette M gamp, using 1_2 3_2 tieup
Her gamps all used 8/2 mercerized cotton in the warp and a variety of wefts – 8/2, 5/2, and 3/2 mercerized cotton. Threading: Straight twill, Point twill, M&W short, 2 thread Transposed point twill, Snowflake advancing twill, Undulating point twill, Rosepath block, Point block

Scarf on the loom, woven by Pat T.
Scarf with 10/2 cotton warp, polyester sewing thread weft, huck lace in flat part and plain weave in crimped section.

Finished Scarf by Pat
The crimp part makes the scarf narrow for around the neck, with the bottom a "ruffle" of uncrimped cloth.

Ms & Os threading, gray cream and black are cotton in weft. Yellow is Orlon in warp.
